Why does an article about software need a corrections page?

Airtable, Notion and Make.com change their interfaces regularly. A screenshot that was accurate in spring can show buttons that have moved, been renamed, or disappeared by autumn. Rather than quietly editing old guides, we log what changed here, along with the date it was noticed and corrected.

How this list works

What counts as a correction versus an update?

A correction fixes something that was wrong when it was published, such as a mislabelled field or an incorrect step order. An update reflects a change made by Airtable, Notion or Make.com after publication, such as a renamed menu or a changed automation limit. Both are logged the same way, tagged by type.

Update

Airtable renamed "Automations" trigger step labels

The guide on approval workflow automations referenced a trigger step labelled "When record matches conditions." The interface now groups this differently within the automation builder. Screenshots and step numbers in the affected section have been revised.

Incorrect field type suggested for approval status

An earlier version of the Airtable approval walkthrough recommended a text field for tracking approval stage. A single-select field is more appropriate for this purpose, since it prevents inconsistent spelling across records. The guide has been amended accordingly.

Update

Make.com adjusted the default scenario scheduling interval options

The integration walkthrough referenced a 15-minute minimum scheduling interval on the entry tier. Available intervals have since changed. The relevant paragraph now describes checking the current options directly within the scenario settings rather than citing a fixed number.

Notion relation versus rollup explanation clarified

The Notion database guide previously described relation and rollup properties in a way that blurred the distinction. The section has been rewritten to separate the two concepts more clearly, with a corrected screenshot showing both property types side by side.

Webhook example used an outdated payload structure

The Make.com to Google Sheets example included a sample payload with a field naming convention that no longer matches how most forms send data. The example has been rebuilt using a simpler, generic structure.

Update

Notion introduced a new database view type

A view type referenced only in passing in the "when Notion replaces a custom app" guide has since become more relevant for approval-style use cases. A short new paragraph was added rather than replacing existing content.

This log does not include cosmetic wording changes or typo fixes, which happen without a separate entry. If you notice something in a guide that no longer matches what you see on screen, you're welcome to let us know through the contact page.
